Nick is a mathematics graduate with close to 15 years’ experience working in human capital. Prior to this, Nick held project management positions in transaction banking and worked closely on the RBS & ABN AMRO acquisition & integration along with divestment initiatives.

Nick's experience covers capital markets and wider financial services where he has worked on both global, and localised Business & Technology Transformation programmes acting in both advisory and oversight capacity.

Prior to forming Fin-X, Nick has held leadership roles in niche consultancies with a focus on origination and has been engaged on some large, complex change programmes across the globe.

James is a former Pensions Manager at Friends Provident and Aon before founding The BWD Group.

With over 25 years of experience in human capital and project solutions within financial services, he has a deep understanding of industry of change.

At Fin-X, James leverages his expertise in strategic planning and data-led insights to drive long-term
value across the industry and supporting clients navigate complex change programmes.

Alistair is a finance graduate with over 25 years’ experience of providing consultancy services to the financial services sector, specialising in people, and hiring strategies. He has worked on major projects for a range of tier one banks, global asset managers, investment managers and wealth managers.

Prior working in consultancy Alistair trained to be an investment manager with a leading UK investment house.

John has 25 years working in human capital providing tailored solutions to global financial institutions, partnering with tier one banks, hedge funds and asset managers. He has completed projects in the US, EMEA and Asia.

Prior to FinX john worked in leadership roles delivering local and global solutions around multi asset trading, low touch execution / order flow.

Edward brings over a decade of experience providing tailored solutions to clients in the Financial Services sector. He is committed to delivering a best-in-class service, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards.

Edward’s expertise spans compliance oversight, operational management, and process optimisation using technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation, enabling Fin-X to drive value and achieve measurable results for its clients. His focus on building robust frameworks and fostering trusted relationships reflects his dedication to excellence in the dynamic Financial Services market.

Danielle brings with her over a decade of experience working in human capital, providing marketing and communications support to our clients and internal front office teams. She partners with our clients and supports with peripheral requests such as market and data insights.

Danielle plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Fin-X marketing and collateral is accurate and is an advocate for multiple initiatives including DE&I and leads our ESG policy. She also facilitates training and bi-yearly conferences with our consultants.
